To start your day; cleanse/rinse/tone, then apply a pea sized amountof balm and massage gently into skin.

For enhanced hydration, apply when face is still wet from toner.

A little bit goes a long way and it glides on beautifully. My skin feels nourished and fed. I have oily/combination skin and as some previous reviewers said, it doesn’t feel greasy but almost the opposite, like velvet.
